1. The coil inserting process is generally the most time-consuming element in the manufacture of a stator for an electric motor. It is also crucial to ensure that the coils are well protected during a machine coil insertion. Our responsibility is to ensure that all our coil inserting machines are well-constructed and reliable. More importantly, the tooling must be manufactured to an extremely high standard, well-polished and treated to deliver impeccable results. We understand all the necessary requirements for offering our customers the perfect solutions.
2. Our range of coil inserting machines is compatible with Y series electric engines, generators, washing machines, air conditioning units, water pumps, compressors, and fans. They are also suitable for copper wires, aluminum wires, and specialized wires, ensuring versatility in application.
3. The PLC servo-controlled system, paired with hydraulic movements for the coil inserting axis, ensures a reliable and repeatable process for manufacturing a wide range of stators.
4. Every machine we supply offers the option to program for automatic slot wedge making. Controlled by a precision servo motor, various wedge pattern configurations can be set up to control the number and length of slot wedges fed into the coil inserting machine's magazine.
