1. The coil inserting process is often the most time-consuming aspect of manufacturing a stator for an electric motor. Ensuring coils are well protected during machine insertion is crucial, and our coil inserting machines are meticulously designed to be reliable and robust. High-quality tooling is essential, polished and treated to perfection, meeting all necessary requirements to deliver optimal solutions to our customers.
2. Our versatile range of coil inserting machines is suitable for electric engines of the Y series, generators, washing machines, air conditioners, water pumps, compressors, fans, and is also compatible with copper, aluminum, and specialized wires.
3. Featuring a PLC servo-controlled system with hydraulic movements for the coil inserting axis, our machines ensure a reliable and repeatable process for manufacturing a wide array of stators.
4. Each machine offers the option to program automatic slot wedge making, controlled by a precision servo motor. This allows for various wedge pattern configurations, controlling the number and length of slot wedges fed into the magazine of the coil inserting machine.
